Output Format Differences (CSV / PDF / Images / XLSX)

This page explains the features of each export format and when to use them.


Differences by Format

CSV

  • Text-data-oriented format
  • Easy to reuse in spreadsheet software
  • Appearance settings such as colors, font sizes, and background colors are not included

PDF

  • Easy to distribute and print while preserving the original appearance
  • Best when you want to share a fixed layout

Image (PNG)

  • Can be saved and shared as a single image
  • Easy to share casually on social media or in chat
  • You can choose the size (scale) when exporting

XLSX

  • Can be saved in Excel format
  • Useful when you want to continue editing in spreadsheet software
  • PRO feature required

Choosing Whether to Include Headers

For CSV / PDF / Images / XLSX, you can choose whether to include headers when exporting.

  • If you want to submit or share without changing the appearance: PDF

  • Exporting may take a little time until the process is complete.
  • After exporting, you can choose a destination app from the share sheet.
