Tips for Working with Large Sheets

This page explains important points to keep in mind when working with sheets that have many rows and columns.

Notes on Editing

  • The more cells there are, the longer scrolling and redrawing may take.
  • If there are many image cells, display updates may become slower.
  • If you repeatedly perform large range operations, such as merge, clear range, or range formatting, processing delays are more likely to occur.

Notes on Exporting

  • Because PDF, image, and XLSX export generate the entire sheet, larger sheets take more time to process.
  • For image export, selecting a higher resolution increases the processing load.
  • While exporting, wait until the process is complete, and avoid changing screens or performing repeated actions.

Tips for Smoother Use

  • Remove unnecessary rows and columns in advance.
  • If you paste many images, keep them to the minimum necessary.
  • First check the data in CSV format, and export only the final version as PDF, image, or XLSX.
  • For large changes, work in smaller steps and save as you go.

Additional Notes

  • If processing becomes slow, reducing the number of recent actions and trying again may improve stability.
  • If a problem occurs, use Undo to go back one step and then try the operation again.
