Troubleshooting (Save Failures, Export Failures, and Display Issues)

This page explains common problems and how to fix them.


If Saving Fails

Symptoms

  • The content is not reflected after saving.
  • An error message is displayed.

What to Do

  1. First confirm your edit (for example, tap outside the cell or close the editor).
  2. Restart the app and reopen the same file.
  3. Check your available storage space.
  4. For important data, temporarily back it up first as a PDF or image.

If Export Fails

Symptoms

  • CSV / PDF / image / XLSX cannot be created.
  • The share sheet does not appear.

What to Do

  1. Reduce the sheet size and try again.
  2. If there are many image cells, reduce them and try again.
  3. Restart your device and try again.
  4. Check whether XLSX export is available in PRO.

If the Display Looks Broken

Symptoms

  • The appearance of text or borders is different from what you expected.
  • The layout changes in the destination app.

What to Do

  1. First check whether it looks correct inside the app.
  2. For sharing or distribution, prioritize PDF export.
  3. Keep in mind that CSV does not contain visual formatting information.
  4. Be aware that XLSX may look different depending on the app used to view it.

If You Want to Revert Quickly

  • Use Undo to revert your most recent action.
  • If you reverted too far, use Redo to restore it.

If the Problem Still Does Not Improve
