Start Range Formatting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Open the top-right menu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap the menu (\u2026) in the top-right corner of the sheet screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select Range Formatting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select Range Operations \u2192 Range Formatting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the Range to Format<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Select the starting cell<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap the upper-left cell of the range you want to format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select the ending cell<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then tap the lower-right cell to confirm the range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Open the formatting screen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap Format in the top-right corner to open the range formatting screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set the Formatting and Apply It<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can configure the following items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Text color<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Background color<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Text alignment (left, center, right)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Font size<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    After configuring the settings, tap Apply to apply them to the selected range all at once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • If the selected range contains merged cells, the formatting is applied by merged cell unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The content (text and formulas) is not changed. Only the appearance is updated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
