Insert a Row at a Specific Position<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Press and hold the row number<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Press and hold the row number near where you want to add a row to open the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select the insertion direction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select one of the following as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Insert Above<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Insert Below<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Insertion complete<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    One new row will be added at the selected position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Insert a Column at a Specific Position<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Press and hold the column header (A, B, C, etc.) near where you want to add a column to open the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Select the insertion direction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select one of the following as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Insert Left<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Insert Right<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Insertion complete<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      One new column will be added at the selected position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • If you want to add rows or columns at the end, you can also use Add Row \/ Add Column from the top-right menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • After insertion, the existing data positions will be automatically shifted and preserved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
