This page explains how to move rows and columns within a sheet.
How to Move a Row
1.Press and hold the row number
Press and hold the row number of the row you want to move to open the menu.
2. Select the direction to move
Select Move Up or Move Down.
3. Move completed
The row moves one position at a time. Repeat as needed.
How to Move a Column
1. Press and hold the column header
Press and hold the column you want to move (A, B, C, etc.) to open the menu.
2. Select the direction to move
Select Move Left or Move Right.
3. Move completed
The column moves one position at a time. Repeat as needed.
Notes
- You cannot move the first row upward or the last row downward.
- You cannot move the first column to the left or the last column to the right.
- If you make a mistake, you can use Undo to go back.
